Due to a large amount of spam we do not allow new users to create repositories, they are "external" users. If you are a new user and want to create a repository, for example for forking GHC, open a new issue on ghc/ghc using the "get-verified" issue template

Lack of sharing of `IfaceTyConInfo`
Similar to #19190, `IfaceTyConInfo` has a lot of redundant allocations. There are just two main cases: `IfaceTyConInfo IsPromoted IfaceNormalTyCon` and `IfaceTyConInfo NotPromoted IfaceNormalTyCon`. These should be made into CAFs and shared. From my analysis, the most common case is `IfaceTyConInfo NotPromoted IfaceNormalTyCon` (53 000) then `IfaceTyConInfo IsPromoted IfaceNormalTyCon` (28 000)
