Due to a large amount of spam we do not allow new users to create repositories, they are "external" users. If you are a new user and want to create a repository, for example for forking GHC, open a new issue on ghc/ghc using the "get-verified" issue template

ghc-ticket links appear with %s prefix in 9.4.6 and 9.6.2 documentation
@juhp points out in this thread (https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/commit/00dc51060881df81258ba3b3bdf447294618a4de#note_519486) that the ghc-ticket links are broken on the 9.4.6 documentation. https://downloads.haskell.org/~ghc/9.4.6/docs/users_guide/9.4.6-notes.html On my local build they look fine in both html and pdf. ![2023-08-08-095402_729x107](/uploads/a3944635e96992a854e16895feb236b6/2023-08-08-095402_729x107.png) ![2023-08-08-095135_417x80](/uploads/793e38203879d9cb467bc096978c23b4/2023-08-08-095135_417x80.png) ``` [nix-shell:~/ghc-clean]$ sphinx-build --version sphinx-build 5.3.0 ``` in the docker image which builds the 9.4 documentation (registry.gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ci-images/x86_64-linux-deb10:58d08589371e78829a3279c6f8b1241e155d7f70) seems quite ancient. ``` ghc@f53fe83dba94:~$ sphinx-build --version sphinx-build 1.8.4 ```
