On FreeBSD I found that various tests (e.g. `T7859`) fail with `Ticker: poll failed: Interrupted system call: Interrupted system call` warnings. This is due to an mistaken check in the RTS: `errno` is checked against `-EINTR` whereas it should be `EINTR` as `errno` values are generally positive.
