`-finfo-table-map` causes spurious `-Wincomplete-uni-patterns` warnings
## Summary
Since GHC 9.14, enabling `-finfo-table-map` causes the pattern-match checker to emit a warning on patterns which make use of Long-Distance Information (LDI).
The pattern-match checker is supposed to be independent of code-generation/debug-info flags, so toggling `-finfo-table-map` *should* never affect which warnings fire.
## Steps to reproduce
I asked Claude Code to give me a minimal reproduction, and it came up with the following:
```
module PmcBug where
data Side = L | R
data Params = Params { side :: Side }
f :: Params -> Maybe Int -> Int
f p m = case side p of
L | Nothing <- m -> 0
_ -> case side p of
R -> 0
L -> let Just x = m in x
```
`ghc -fforce-recomp -Wincomplete-uni-patterns -finfo-table-map -c PmcBug.hs`
## Expected behavior
The above should compile without any warnings and have entries in its `.ipe` section.
## Environment
* GHC version used: 9.14
Does not affect GHC 9.10 nor 9.12
Optional:
* Operating System: NixOS
* System Architecture: x86_64-linux
