Due to a large amount of spam we do not allow new users to create repositories, they are "external" users. If you are a new user and want to create a repository, for example for forking GHC, open a new issue on ghc/ghc using the "get-verified" issue template

Data.Data instance for HsCtxt causes crashes
The `Data.Data` instance for `HsCtxt`, introduced in https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/commit/58009c145abe010571378faa37ad49cb7c71c1fe, causes a runtime crash when using `-ddump-tc-ast` due to the definition `toConstr = error "no toConstr for HsCtxt"`. I am fixing in !16142.
