Due to a large amount of spam we do not allow new users to create repositories, they are "external" users. If you are a new user and want to create a repository, for example for forking GHC, open a new issue on ghc/ghc using the "get-verified" issue template

HLS need to be able to control what to `unload`
In https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/merge_requests/15062, `unload` lost an argument: > The unload function has also only been called with an empty list of "stable linkables" for a long time. It has been modified to directly implement a complete unloading of the home package bytecode linkables. https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/commit/8f9ae3397dbcbb4b0bd7a574ffc6b1fbaa137b6c Earlier, it used to have an argument (the list of things *not* to unload). This API was admittedly awkward and unsatifactory HLS needs to be able to control which things are unloaded and when in order to efficiently evaluate TH and GHCi like statements in the IDE.
