The darcs-all script fails with --extra on Mac OS X when fetching the 6.6 branch
Following the description from http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/wiki/Building/GettingTheSources for getting the 6.6 branch on a PPC Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, I run into:
