ghci segfaults on Travis
Some 100 ghci tests are failing on Travis.
I bisected it down to b949c96b "Eliminate zero_static_objects_list()", D1076.
Not that the Travis build sets DYNAMIC_GHC_PROGRAMS = NO and 'GhcLibWays = v`.
