should runRW# (of GHC.Magic) be reexported by GHC.Exts?
GHC.Magic says that GHC.Exts should be used instead, but only 'lazy' and 'inline' are rexported there, 'oneshot' and 'runRW#' are both not provided by GHC.Exts
is this an oversight or deliberate?
