Test suite should handle stage1 compiler
Sometimes it is useful to run the test suite on a stage1 compiler. But currently, the output is cluttered by many tests failing due to missing support for Template Haskell or interactive use.
It would be good if the test suite queried the compiler once whether it has support for that, and then skips tests that use these features.
