GHC-internal triplets passed to sub-project configure scripts
In some cases GHC normalizes the target triplet passed to configure to a value that is not a valid autoconf target. #12487 (closed) mistakenly changed the build to pass these triplets to sub-project configure scripts, such as that for 'base', causing a configure error.
