command line switch to disable ghci banner
There really should be a ghci command line switch to disable the obnoxious, space-wasting (it consumes a quarter of my standard 80x25 terminal), and frankly smug, ascii-art banner it shows on startup. -v0 kills it, but kills other output as well.
