rnIfaceBndr (IfaceIdBndr (fs, ty)) = IfaceIdBndr <$> ((,) fs <$> rnIfaceType ty)
rnIfaceBndr (IfaceTvBndr tv_bndr) = IfaceIdBndr <$> rnIfaceTvBndr tv_bndrThis is the implementation currently. Notice in the second branch that an IfaceTvBndr is converted to an IfaceIdBndr. Should it instead be IfaceTvBndr?
