Make `nofib` work with Hadrian
Hadrian puts its build output in different places than the make-based build system; but nofib has the make-based paths (inplace/bin/ghc-stage2) hardcoded into it. It would be nice to provide a convenient way of making it work out of the box, ideally by detecting a Hadrian-built GHC and changing the paths accordingly.
