Cannot parse `type (*)` in fixity declaration

The parser seems to be broken. Attempting to build basement yields:
Basement/Nat.hs:15:46: error: parse error on input ‘*’ | 15 | , type (<=), type (<=?), type (+), type (*), type (^), type (-) | ^This is actually in 8.6.0, but there is no version option for this.
