The "-freduction-depth=N" GHC flag is not documented

Currently, there isn't an entry for the -freduction-depth=N flag in the [Flag reference](https://downloads.haskell.org/~ghc/latest/docs/html/users_guide/flags.html) section of GHC documentation.
