Move Hadrian (github) wiki information to in-tree docs
https://github.com/snowleopard/hadrian/wiki contains useful information about debugging/testing/profiling Hadrian. We definitely want to move this in the source tree. I'll take care of this in the upcoming weeks (this is not the most urgent Hadrian task, to be honest), unless someone beats me to it.
