Test runner should report failures in sorted order to make comparing easier

Because the test runner prints failures in some non-deterministic order, if I have two branches/trees and want to compare test suite outputs I have to manually sort the failure lists to be able to compare failures in these two runs. Just by sorting the failure lists before printing we could make this much easier on users.
