Due to a large amount of spam we do not allow new users to create repositories, they are "external" users. If you are a new user and want to create a repository, for example for forking GHC, open a new issue on ghc/ghc using the "get-verified" issue template

User's guide: flag links broken

I hope this is the right place to report this.

All links to individual flags are broken.

It seems this is caused by a bug in sphinx that was fixed somewhere between 1.2.3 and 1.3.6.

I have just tested the current master with 2 different sphinx version:

sphinx-1.2.2: broken links
sphinx-1.3.6: working links

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
