Critical sections not deallocated
There's a number of critical sections in the Windows RTS that are allocated, but never freed (DeleteCriticalSection):
ASyncIO.c: queue_lock
IOManager.c: ioMan->manLock, ioMan->active_work_lock
WorkQueue.c: wq->queueLockTrac metadata
