Remove Unique field in StgFCallOp

In !939 (comment 200198), Simon mentions that the Unique field in StgFCallOp is unused and can be removed. I'm opening this as a reminder to myself to do this after I've dealt with the bigger problem in that issue.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
