Linters are still not enabled

If you look at this pipeline.

Then you will observe that the linting step failed but for some reason I can't remember it's "allowed to fail".

In general I'm not sure the CI jobs which are "allowed to fail" are useful as no one really looks at them or cares if they break.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
