hadrian: quick flavour still builds dynamic object files

It seems that the quick flavour still builds dyn_o files. It would be quicker if it didn't. I already fixed this for the developmentFlavour but it seems the quick flavour still has this problem.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
