Performance metrics don't distinguish between compile-time and runtime metrics
While purusing the testsuite performance metrics output while looking at !1063 (closed) I noticed that the performance metrics output does not give any indication whether, e.g., the bytes allocated
metric is measuring the allocations of the compiler or the compiled program. This may come to bite us if we want to do more thorough performance measurements (e.g. tracking compiler allocations of all testcases).
@DavidEichmann, what do you think we should do about this? My suggestion would be to change the names of the compiler metrics and rename the existing performance notes refs to prevent confusion.
