Are there any prohibited operations inside unsafePerformIO?

Is it safe to call performGC from inside the unsafePerformIO block? Or are there any prohibited operations inside unsafePerformIO?

I do not find prohibited operations from http://hackage.haskell.org/package/base-4.12.0.0/docs/System-IO-Unsafe.html. (For example, prohibited operations means the operation to access null-pointer on c-lang.)
