loadObj error

Summary

When trying to build a project, an error is thrown

ghc.EXE: loadObj: <PROJECT_DIR>\.stack-work\install\891ce259\lib\x86_64-windows-ghc-8.6.5\persistent-template-2.7.1-E4zlp1cE446D6BskWxe7mY\HSpersistent-template-2.7.1-E4zlp1cE446D6BskWxe7mY.o: file doesn't exist

I navigate to this directory, and I find this file.

Steps to reproduce

• on Windows machine
• download project at https://github.com/jasonsychau/graphql-w-persistent/tree/dev/examples/server-example under dev branch
• run stack build

Expected behavior

Above error is thrown, and build is not completed.

Environment

• GHC version used: 8.6.5 (as printed with error message, but stack.yaml configuration is lts 13.25)

• Operating System: Windows 10
