Improve -hd reporting by using source note information
If you use the -hd
profiling mode then you end up with a profile which contains quite a few STG function names. It can be hard to map to where exactly these functions came from in a user program by hand. You have to dump the STG and try to work backwards to see where it came from.
It would be easier if the labels for these closures also included the module/line information which could be obtained by looking at the source notes inserted by the -g
option.
