Have a way to reverse -ddump-splices in ghci

Motivation

When using ghci I sometimes want to see TH generated output but then turn it off when done. Although restarting ghci is an option then all the state will be gone once restarted.

Perhaps not the most important feature but would be good to have.

Proposal

Have :unset -ddump-splices undo :set -ddump-splices
