ARMv7 race condition

Here's an ARMv7 validate job in which T7815 fails with an assertion error in RTS:

T7815: internal error: ASSERTION FAILED: file rts/STM.c, line 587

    (GHC version 8.11.0.20200127 for arm_unknown_linux)

This is the line, not particularly helpful.

I suspect it's a race condition, because the pipeline of a child commit didn't trigger the assertion.
