Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64:
  "_utimensat", referenced from:
      _LcaBW_info in libHSdirectory-1.3.6.0.a(Posix.o)

on a pre 10.13 OSX.

would this be due to incorrect autconf flags for the release build?
