Run the benchmark suite of https://github.com/andrewthad/base64-bytes. For more accurate reproduction, have base64 pointing at HEAD on the master branch.

Performance should be equal or better.

Various: GHC 8.6.5, GHC 8.8.3, GHC 8.10.1 on a stock 2017 Macbook Pro
