sh gen_contents_index --inplace does not work under Solaris
when bootstrapping ghc-6.8.1.20071206 under Solaris building failed with:
sh gen_contents_index --inplace
haddock: */dist/doc/html/*/*.haddock: openBinaryFile: does not exist (No such file or directory)
gmake[1]: *** [doc] Error 1replacing sh with bash in libraries/Makefile fixed the problem
