GHC.Prim
Currently GHC.Prim is advertised to users, but it cannot be processed by haddock 2.0 so does not appear in the documentation in the HEAD. We should either fix this, or advertise a different module which re-exports all the stuff in GHC.Prim; we'd still need to magic up some actual documentation from somewhere.
One thing which might make things (special cases in the build system and compiler) easier overall is to have a magic ghc-prim package containing GHC.Prim, rather than a magic GHC.Prim module in the base package. We're not yet sure whether it would actually make things easier, or just move the troubles to other places, though.
