AArch64 NCG does not support JumpTables

JumpTables are an optimisation to speed up branching code. The AArch64 NCG currently only supports the most simple implementation for branches and does not make use of JumpTables yet.

This was implemented in !13229 (closed).

Unfortunately, we've just found !13229 (closed) can produce code that seg faults when executed. We're investigating now and we'll open a follow up ticket.

Yes, a reproducer (which would probably also answer why the testsuite didn't catch this) would be interesting.
