In FilePath, current directory should be ".", not ""

!FilePath's "current directory" should be ".", not "". This affects a number of commands, e.g.

normalise "."       should be "."         not ""
"." </> "foo"       should be "foo"       not "./foo"
splitFileName "foo" should be (".","foo") not ("","foo")
