GHCi fails to start

GHCi fails to start with following error message:

: Unknown PEi386 section name `.reloc' (while processing: C:\ghc\ghc-head\ghc-prim-0.1\HSghc-prim-0.1.o)
Loading package ghc-prim ... : panic! (the 'impossible' happened)
  (GHC version 6.9.20080514 for i386-unknown-mingw32):
        loadObj: failed

Both GHC version 6.9.20080514 with build setting "quick" and build setting "quickest" have this issue.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
