Remove 32-bit darwin/ios support

According to apple, starting from iOS 11 and macOS 10.15, 32-bit apps are no longer supported. And last release of iOS 11 is in 2018, macOS Catalina in 2022. Now, in 2024, it should be fair to say i386/armv7 darwin/ios is dead, and we can remove 32-bit apple related logic in the tree to reduce maintenance burden.
