HEAD doesn't install the ghc package anymore
As of some times ago, the HEAD doesn't install the ghc package anymore when you do "make install", it compiles it fine but doesn't put ghc in the package.conf even as an hidden package. The inplace compiler still has access to it but the installed compiler don't have it in its package.conf.
