configure should summarize important results at the end of its run
./configure in ghc head produces a lot of output, including lots of detailed checks that tend to scroll away the more major results near the beginning.
It would be useful if the most important points (which ghc/gcc/tools/.. are going to be used; which features are disabled because of missing tools) were summarized at the end of the configure run.
