broken pipe errors are too noisy
The following program
main = mapM_ print fibs where fibs = 0 : 1 : zipWith (+) fibs (tail fibs)produces this output when piped through head on a shell:
# ./a.out | head -n 1
0
a.out: <stdout>: commitAndReleaseBuffer: resource vanished (Broken pipe)
#The final error message is annoying. It would be nice if the RTS suppressed it.
