dynHelloWorld(dyn) fails in an unreg build
In an unregisterised build, dynHelloWorld(dyn) is failing: there is nothing on stdout when output is redirected to a file.
It looks like GHC.TopHandler.cleanUp is flushing the wrong stdout.
