Windows build broken
Some time between the 17th June: http://darcs.haskell.org/ghcBuilder/builders/simonmar-win32-head/323.html and the 8th July: http://darcs.haskell.org/ghcBuilder/builders/simonmar-win32-head/331.html the Windows build broke.
