GHCi panic with --print-libdir flag

Reported on GHC devs:

$ ghc-stage2 --print-libdir
/dane/projekty/ghc/build/inplace/lib
$ ghc-stage2 --interactive --print-libdir
ghc-stage2: panic! (the 'impossible' happened)
