Support symbols in GHCi tab completion
Right now, when typing e.g. > followed by two tabs, GHCi shows every name in scope rather than just names beginning with >. It even lists operators as possible completions, but ignores it when you type the beginning of an operator's name. It would be better if it could actually complete every option it shows as a possible completion.
