text-2.0 broke CI

CI broken since the merge of text-2.0 due to ghc-artefact-nix#13.

This will be fixed by https://github.com/mpickering/ghc-artefact-nix/pull/14, although it's unclear whether we ultimately want to accept the simdjson dependency, as noted in ghc#20724 (closed).
