ghc-typelits-knownnat & Co to head.hackage

May I ask to get all four of https://github.com/orgs/clash-lang/repositories?q=ghc-typelits added to head.hackage?

They are closely related to GHC internals, are not easy to update to new GHC versions and enable good test cases of said internals, see ghc#23109. Also, being able to count on HEAD supporting them most of the time would enable other type-level-heavy packages to stress-test HEAD and to easily detect if a given GHC problem is fixed in HEAD or not.
