Add more packages to head.hackage

Recently Zubin checked 9.4 against stackage, which found bugs manifesting when compiling

• comfort-array ghc#23862 (closed)
• functor-combinators ghc#23863 (closed)
• hindent ghc#23864 (closed)
• xmonad-contrib ghc#23865 (closed)
• text-ansi ghc#24029 (closed)

Browsing through build logs and a quick git grep shows that none of those packages are in head.hackage. The goal of this ticket is to add those packages, or at least a subset.
