Run benchmarks for bytestring/text/containers packages

We just run the benchmarks for now, but don't store the results anywhere. This is motivated to catch issues like ghc#22666 (closed) a bit earlier.

I fixed the dependency name now so CI should work..

Running the benchmarks might finally tip us over the limit into "too long".

I cancelled the 9.6 and master CI jobs because they hang due to #22666

I think it is worth to pass --timeout 100 to any benchmarks run, otherwise they can take exponentially long time on noisy hardware.
