Fix for broken signature links

Hello. This is my first contribution, so hopefully I've done everything right here. Details are below.

This is a small fix to include the version directory prefix on signature files. Previously this was missing, causing the links for all signature files to return 404 on the website. While this fixes the problem, all metadata will have to be regenerated in order for things to work again.
