In addition to 'ghc-options' and 'ghc-prof-options'. Some people specify '-fprof
-auto-all' there.

Fix bug #3150, regression introduced by a2184538.

Added tests for this case, as well as some more.  This
probably breaks the Windows build.

--info' was "i386-unknown-linux-ld".
